Growth Hacker
Astrophe is a venture builder with a track record of building profitable multi-million dollar businesses. We employ a shared services model whereby an exceptionally talented functional central team manages a diversified portfolio of mainly B2B SaaS companies. Our target is to own 10 or more companies generating more than a million dollars in annual free cash flows by 2028. We are focused on impact-driven businesses that deliver real value to society.
We are hiring someone to lead the growth efforts of our growing portfolio of businesses. Someone with a track record of successfully delivering 30%+ annualized growth rates in the software space, ideally with several concurrent projects. A successful candidate will work directly with our leadership team to develop and implement a growth strategy for each portfolio business.
The role is highly autonomous and fully remote. We are open to start with both part time and full time structures with competitive base pay and a significant share of profits. This is an opportunity for a talented, entrepreneurially focused individual to have real ownership, challenge themselves, and generate significantly more upside than in a corporate setting.
